DAY VII - Goodbye!? See you!

After 7 days of being together it was very hard to say goodbye...This exchange was full of different emotions and challenges, openess and cooperation. For many of us it was one of the best project we have ever participated in. So why saying goodbye? Let's say see you! Till then!

DAY VI - Poles and Lithuanians in a street theatre space

Just before the final presentation in Cracov, after fierce debate the day before we tried played with the colourful scarf which unite us in better moods and energy for work. We have still some time to prepare the performance.

Excited and stressed abit too we went to Cracov. There's nothing better for stage- fright than just sitting with great people and relax in the cafe.

Now we ready to do our best. Let's prepare!

We have already attract some attention from the people sitting in the Bunkier Sztuki Cafe, and there's also some more people comming...time to start.

For some of us it was a big challenge to perform on the street, for some of us it was first time. It was just a great experience to do it.

So should we start party then? Music on!

The night was long and entertaining, for some of us it immadietely turn into the day...the last one unfortunetely.

DAY V - The day before tomorrow...

That was a long day of hard work and preparing for the final performance. Take a look. We won't tell you more, but the rest you will be able to see tomorrow in Cracov :) 

DAY IV - Rainbow day - part II

It took us a while to create this post, but you have to see that very unexpected thing that happened, our actor Irek has been invited to join one of the performances during the Theatre Street Festival in Cracov and he suprised everybody of his acting and genius ideas.

Maybe you were also somewhere there? If not regret that you didn't see that! Tomorrow there will be a possibility to see not Irek only but also all the participants in our final presentation near to the Bunkier Sztuki at 16.00. see you tomorrow!

DAY IV - Rainbow day - part I

The day in Cracov was full of many different colours, attractions, unexpected events, new thoughts and inspirations. We enjoyed it very much. Check out!

IN GROTESKA THEATRE

Not everyday you can stand on a theatre stage or see how the puppets or costumes are made, or how the actors prepare for the show.

Today we had a great opportunity to see the backstage of a Groteska Theatre and we had a lot of fun with theatre staff around.  

LET'S SEE THE CITY - STREET GAMES

Groups on start, the cisty is waiting! You have some mission to fulfill here! See some theatre attractions in the city and others.

Drożdżówka  team has a mission to find a famous grandma who's cooking very well and some street artists. The next task was to get know the famous battle which the date of it all Polish has to know, and it appears that the Lithuanians has to know it too.

Fastermaster group has visited Mleczko's gallery and tried to redraw his funny pictures but also they had to pretend some characters from the Theatre Bagatela postcard, they have chosen the May Day performance. 

Time for Sherlock team which have seen Słowacki Theatre and has found the street when the rain is falling - Bracka St. and a cosy cafe Nowa Prowincja. The delicious part of their mission was to get know all the kinds of  obwarzanki.

The Adventure group has an opportunity to try the city bikes. Then they have followed the logo of the oldest cinema in the city - Ars Cinema. On the same street they have found a museum where you can see one of the Leonardo da Vinci paintings.

Mission complete then! Good work!

What next? Let's get some fresh inspirations from the Theatre Street Festival...

DAY III - Stage is waiting!

It's time for the third day of our exchange.



But how do we feel after the second day? Let's check on the thermometer. Is it high or low degree?



Rain outside won't scare us anymore after the warm up with the music behind us.

Last discussions between the leaders before the workshops starts.

We're opening our theatre imagination, sky's the limits!

Islands of emotions, can you live without them?

Behind the stage the scene seems very interesting.

Can my music be yours? or ours?

The suspense is growing. Each of the etiudes bring important issues, create new thinking, refresh the viewpoint.

A suprise is comming. Kamila and Andrzej will lead for us YOGA OF LAUGH. Here they look quite serious, but you have to be serious sometimes to laugh later ;)

It's proof laugh has a great impact on your organism, so let's try it!

In the evevning we had a great pleasure and honoured to visit a Lithuanian Theatre with Agnë as a guide. We have seen some pieces of lithuanian's theatre performances which interested us very much and we wish to see it in real. Then we had a lot of fun with listening to the concert lead by Maestro Dalius and practising Impro Theatre. 

And tomorrow: Hello Cracov, we're comming!  

DAY II Creativty on start!

Welcome to the second day of our youth exchange, full of power and energy. We're ready to start the first day of the workshops and team building activities lead by Poles - John and Rachela and Lithuanians Auga and Emilija.



So do you remember the name of the person behind the curtain?

Who will be faster? 1...2...3...Irek!

What do we need to create a monster? Just: 2 heads, 38 legs, 1 tail, 15 hands and...one hat? Did we forget about it? Agnë don't be scared, join us!

Youth in the power! We have created our own countries: Kappafila, Gullagullla, Opa and Tojal. But the international situation is dynamic and sometimes the borders can change and finally there can be no borders, so what we can do is to create one big country: HiLand :) Everybody's welcome!

AHOY Captain! Can you see the land? You can see it's not an ordinary ship it's a FRIEND-ship:)

You can't hear, you can't see, you can't talk? But did you try?

Have you ever dream about feeling a real FREEDOM in every sense of this word? Sometimes you need only motorcycle but sometimes you have to put more effort to feel it...

It's important to have your own ROOM, own space where you can just feel well.

And last but not the least point of the day: a travel through polish and lithuanian culture. Now we know more about our countries for example the traditional lithuanian dances, instruments and beautiful songs and some famous film and theatre directors from Poland. We have tasted traditional meals and drinks, it seems we have lot in common.
